Winter Garland

I love garlands!! They are so fun to decorate with throughout the year! I found this winter garland at Hobby Lobby and wanted to remake it smaller to fit in my kitchen! I bought the garland when it was 70% off so it was a pretty good deal! I love the mixture of the silver snowflakes and the rusty bells.

I decided I wanted to add felt balls to this garland. I used white and grey balls. the amount you will need will depend on how long your garland is and your pattern.

To get started in making the new garland I measured out the twine I needed. Then I made a loop knot on one end.

I used a yarn needle to thread the items on the twine.

You can put the garland together in whatever pattern you wish. Below is a picture of the pattern I did.

I took the bows off of the old garland and used hot glue to attach them to the silver snowflakes. Then when you are done with your garland you add another loop to the end of the garland.

I really enjoyed remaking this garland and loved adding my own spin to it! Would love to see pictures of your favorite garlands!
